If you had a 700hp supercar, with all-wheel drive and launch control, and an empty road ahead of you, do you reckon you’d give it a crack? Yeah, thought so.
Well, given it’s unlikely that you, or I, are going to have access to such equipment any time soon here’s a video filmed from the seat of a Lamborghini Aventador showing just what that would look like.

Is it just me or does it seem like it could do with some more slip? Seems like it falls off power when the clutch fully releases.
There was a white aventador out at Eastern Creek this week when I was there. Looked very nice in the flesh, and sounded great. However, the ferrari 458 challenge racecar sounded better!
Ben you’re right mate there could be more slip added as the revs dropped a bit to much.
The thing bogged down badly, I wouldn’t call it a good demonstration of launch control.
On another note how sweet does that V12 sound. Best configuration for an engine, although a nice V10 comes close too.
