That’s not a word play in the article title, its a statement of fact! Looks as though April Fool’s Day has come early at Subaru. At least I hope it has.
I really don’t know what to say. Sorry, I know I should try and add something informative, but I am gobsmacked. Truly gobsmacked.

I think the production model should look better – it HAS to look better!
I think it looks ok. The doors and glasshouse are typically boring but the front and rear look interesting and modern, if not particularly attractive.
Certainly way better than the current Rex!
Haha.. the front of it is a shocker, like a bad version of a Nissan Maxima. The rear three quarter photo is ok. I’m sure it will be an excellent, reliable car like all subies despite its unfortunate looks… They should hire the new guy that’s doing the styling for Kia.
I have to say I agree with one of my colleagues who reckons that Subaru is today’s equivalent of powder blue Volvo’s in the early 80’s so very uncool
