Preparations are being made to bring Michael Schumacher home. Sadly this appears to be a sign of acceptance, rather than new hope.
It’s being reported that Michael’s wife, Corinna, is coordinating the building of a multi-million dollar dedicated medical suite to care for Michael at their Lake Geneva home in Switzerland.
An unamed family friend has been quoted as saying: “Miracles happen, of course, and as a wealthy man he has the best care money can buy.
“But all the money in the world cannot fix what has happened to him. The family are making arrangements for a future of permanent immobility.”

Very sad, hopefully he will wake up from his coma soon.
Its a mad world….after so many races a low speed ski accident has robbed us of a legend. Thoughts with his family.
I hate to be the one to say it, but Michael is gone. Praying for miracles might help those affected feel better, but the reality of the situation is that he was not one of the lucky ones who pull through.
Senna once said that he would rather die than have a life he could not live to the fullest. I would believe Michael would think the same. I have accepted that he is gone from the man he once was. My only hope is that other can too.
