Back in June Audi notched up its eleventh victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. At the time we captured their success with a photo gallery. Somewhat belatedly, Audi has come good with their official highlights reel which has just been posted to YouTube.
The video captures the drama rather well and does a fitting job of capturing the dominance of Audi throughout the race. While Audi dominated its way to the top three positions, the fight for outright among all four Audi cars contained plenty of drama.
Ultimately, the #1 car, crewed by Marcel Fässler/André Lotterer/Benoît Tréluyer, managed to find its way to the head of the field to defend their 2011 title.
