That’s a lot of work done very well!
Making a spotter guide for F1 would be a bit easier. The one way out front is Sebastien Vettel, the one making a daring overtaking move is Kamui Kobayashi, the one getting big air is Vitaly Petrov and the one doing a drive through penalty is Lewis Hamilton.
Any TV station running it or is it a pay-tv event only ?
Yes, there should be some coverage on One.
It is indeed on ONE, the guide I’ve got (Adelaide) has this lineup of motorsport over the weekend…
Sat 2300-0010 – MotoGP Silverstone quali
Sun 0010-0220 – Le Mans start
0220-0340 – F1 Montreal quali
0340-0500 – NASCAR Pocono quali
0500-0930 – Le Mans evening
1230-1700 – Le Mans morning
1930-0000 – Moto2/MotoGP/125 Silverstone
Mon 0000-0130 – Le Mans finish
0130-0430 – F1 Montreal
0430-0700 – NASCAR Pocono 500
Since the LM race start/finish would be at 2230 Adelaide time if it was live, I assume that they are having all LM coverage two hours delayed. Lets face it, when they have to juggle F1 and MotoGP coverage on the same weekend this is a pretty good result for Australian Le Mans fans.
An even better result for Australian Le Mans fans would be to get a round of the new Endurance World Championship next year or 2013! Bring it to the Adelaide GP track, combined with the Clipsal 500 maybe so you have V8s during the early afternoon and the superstars in the late afternoon/night.
