The Nürburgring Nordschleife (or north loop) is one of the greatest stretches of tarmac in the world. Without doubt. As you know the Nürburgring 24 hour race was held last weekend and it has kept AUSmotive HQ busy posting articles for AUSringers.
So, to help share the love AUSmotive invites you on a YouTube lap of the Nordschleife after the break. The car is an Audi R8, the driver is experienced Nürburgring racer Willie Moore. It’s one of the better clips around as Willie gives some great advice while driving the circuit.
The video was posted by Kiwi Team Nürburgring. They’re a bunch of guys that make the trek to the Ring every year to compete in the 24 hour race. This year they piloted their two Honda Civic Type Rs to a one-two class win. Well done them!

Awesome video
That’s fantastic. Can’t wait until I’m there in August.
Nice one. That clip will be a great help. Although on TF days you don’t really get a great chance to go for the best lines. Just make sue you don’t make the classic Adenauer Forst mistake and go in too hot after the climb up from Fuchsrohre.
Make sure you leave a post over at AUSringers too:

Also have a read of the posts in the Track guides section. Anything tagged in there generally has something good about it to help you learn more about the Ring, be it video or text based:
