Thanks to AUSmotive reader Jono for sending in these pics of the McLaren MP4-12C from the Trivett dealership in Alexandria. Apparently the finishing touches for the McLaren showroom were taking place with signage being installed yesterday when these pics were taken.
If you dig the 12C and would like to get your hands on one we understand there’s going to be a bit of a wait. For now, make do with these pics of what is probably the first 12C to be seen in Australia.

They called me last week to confirm my address. Launching just prior to F1 in melb. Ron Dennis is coming down I was told.
There’s rumoured to be one appearing at the next Burrows Drive Day at Eastern Creek next Wednesday.
I’ll let you know if it turns up.
Cheers
Len
Just been confirmed that the McLaren will be there on Wednesday.
No track running though!
Using the shorter North circuit due to constrution going on around the back Corporate Hill area where the new extension is going in.
Cheers

The dealer also has a McLaren Orange one as a demonstrator but don’t expect to just knock on the door and have a drive.
The Orange one was at Eastern Creek this morning.
Had a sit in it and was impressed by the finish and visibility.
Great colour, and an all round mega motor.
Cheers

Nice one Len. Shame it wasn’t running.
@Tony, what if I was to ask really, really nicely? 😉
